No.
The tops will not fit without modification
The 89 is a YJ (square headlites) & the 97 was the first year of the TJ (went back to round headlites like the older CJs). The frame to body mounts are definitely different. I assume you are looking to swap something. I have seen blogs that put a YJ tub on a TJ frame to take advantage of the coil vs leaf springs. Do a Google search & see if you can find it. It was a good article with noce pictures of how it was done.

It is not recommended.
No, the 95 is a YJ, and the 97 is a TJ, they shouldn't match up.
They don't put a V8 in that year wrangler.

With $$$ anything you want.
the 94 is a YJ & the 97 is a TJ. I have seen a blog that someone put a TJ frame under a YJ tub. Some of the body mounts need to be moved (requires cutting & welding). The advantage is the suspension of the TJ is coil springs not the leaf springs so would probably get a better ride. Go search the Jeep forums & blogs & I bet you will find it. It had nice pictures and a good description of what needs to be done to make it work.
The stock 08 wheels are 16s, if you use the 17 wheels from the Wrangler or other 17s
