There might be a very high end airsoft pistol which a factory sight can be fitted to, but I'm a bit doubtful about it. With most of your airsoft pistols, the sights are part of the single piece moulding which the slide is made from - they're not like real factory sights, which are separate units that have to be tapped into place after manufacture.

Due to individual shooting characteristics, however, sighting should be range verified. 1.) To lower the point of impact, lower the rear sight, by moving the sight elevator forward. The sight can be raised and lowered by moving the stepped elevator forward and back with your thumb. To move the point of impact to the left, tap the rear sight base to the left. To move the point of impact to the right, tap the rear sight base to the right. Windage adjustments to the rear sight can be made by gently tapping the dovetail portion of the rear sight in the desired direction.

A simple web search of 'airsoft suppliers' should do the trick, or you may even search for suppliers in your specific state. If you cannot find the original carrying handle/rear sight, or the parts necessary to replace it, there's always the option of BUIS (Back Up Iron Sights), provided you have a detachable carrying handle.
