Depending on what you mean by your question, there are two different answers but fortunately both are positive!
Firstly, Thyme would make a loveley addition to pasta especially if cooking an Italian style dish or creatig a sauce. It does go well with pasta.
Lastly, if you wish to actually put the thyme IN the pasta it is perfectly fine. If making your own fresh pasta simply add some thymes to it before you shape it. The likes of coloured pasta are made in this way. Green pasta contains spinach, which is what gives it it's colour - so thyme should be easy to add to your pasta.
