No the Maps for Black Ops are different from the World at War maps and have been redesigned for Black Ops. Many people have gotten the maps for World at War and they can confirm that they do not work in Black Ops. A DLC with them included also does not look like it will be coming. The few remaining Hardened edition game are running $100 over retail and most are actually from split Prestige Edition Games

Well you can only get the zombie maps and not the multiplayer maps,and to get them you could get the Hardened or Prestige edition of Black ops or just get them with the download of the rezurrection zombie map,(moon).And in the WaW maps you can still get the WaW weapons just the wall ones only.
