I'm not sure for what purpose you would do that and I don't think that even is a reason to be allowed to do so. Foster care is for when you just don't know what to do anymore. The last way out. He has the right to his child if he wants to and has to pay child support etc. Foster care will not change that. Becoming a parent might even be something that makes him grow up. Taking away his first time with his child and also possibly destroying his relationship with the child's mother, will not benefit anyone. You can be angry and against it but this is not the way. He is going to be a dad just like you are one. Support him and help him becoming a good dad to your grandchild. People usually change their minds once the baby is born. Teen pregnancies in foster care is far more common than for teens living with their parents so if you think you are getting him out of trouble it can get way worse.
There is nothing that you can do if your girlfriend is in foster care. She will get out of foster care at 18.
Run
You don't say why you ended up there in first place but a judge decides whether you go back to foster care or not, not your mother. Your girlfriend being pregnant is a new situation so maybe not. if you behavior hasn't changed the judge probably wont either. You have no legal right to see her though and only her parents can decide if you are allowed to see her or she seeing you, since (I'm guessing) she's a minor. Once the baby is born you do have the right to see your child.
Depends on why the child is in foster care. Consult your lawyer.
AnswerNo. It would be illegal. But you could if you want to, but make sure no police men or police woman are around.
The likelihood of a court granting emancipation to a minor in this situation (in foster care and pregnant) is practically zilch. Focus your time and energy on other options/alternatives.
If you want to see your girlfriend and you get permission from her foster parent then yes of course you can see her you just need the parents permission and her foster parent is her parent.
You get to have them with you for a day or 2 and then they are released to the CPS for foster care or to the family. The woman goes back to prison and stays in the health ward until the doctor say she is ready to go back to her cell.
you need to get in touch with Social Services they will help you and your baby(if you are pregnant) these people have your best interest at heart so contact them ASAP
In the state of Tennessee if you have a child while you are in foster care you have to complete a permancy plan before you can take your child with you. If you can provide proof that you can maintain a stable and safe home envionment for you and your child, the state will give custody back to you.
HiTherePal's Answer: It would be preferable that if a guy's girlfriend is pregnant, the guy should love her girlfriend.
