Well, you can't. Unless it's a Digital Copy video, then you just put it into your computer.
You need to convert your movies to iTunes compatible video. If they are digital copy, you need a video converter; If you want to upload DVD movies onto iTunes, you need a DVD ripper;
Music from iTunes is for your own personal use. You can have it on your own computers but it is illegal to redistribute it to other people.

There isn't a DVD, but you can buy all the seasons and episodes off of the iTunes Store in iTunes. As of April 2009, Season #1 is $18.81; Season #2 is $19.80; and Season #3 is $29.99. From there, you can burn your own DVDs.
Yes. You can purchase Movies from the iTunes store and download them onto your iPod Touch directly using wifi or through your computer. OR you can buy/download software onto your computer that allows you to copy the DVDs you already own into a file type that is playable on iPod. Just load the file up into iTunes like you would a music file and add it in the videos list.

You pay when you buy music from the iTunes store, just like any other store, apart from that the iTunes software is free and you can import music from other sources, such as CDs you own, without charge.
If you have the right software, no. There are programs for Macs and PCs that allow you to burn your DVDs straight on to your computer. I'm not positive, but I think Nero StartSmart© is an example of this type of software. If you don't want to go to all the trouble of buying expensive computer equipment, check to see if your DVDs came with a digital copy, which will allow you to directly burn a movie to your Windows Media Player© or iTunes library.
