I don't think so. If you quit you more than likely may not qualify for unemployment benefits. If you are terminated, you maybe able to receive it. As far as school is concerned, you will more than likely be able to still go to school, but you cannot quit a job and go to school and receive unemployment. If you quit, you disqualify yourself from getting unemployment, unless you have a very good reason to quit such as harrassment, or unsafe work place etc,. You can still go to school and receive financial aid which maybe more than what you would receive in unemployment benefits.
No. You QUIT the job. To get unemployment you have to be fired.
yes
No, if you quit your job, you are no longer eligible for unemployment insurance benefits.
Whatever You Want To Do. LOL
No, i dont think u can.
Yes. Profit is irrelevant.
Don't do it, if you end up with only one day a week and you quit unemployment will stop your benefit because you quit. Unemployment considers it acceptable work.
First -- I am NOT a lawyer. As general rule, if you quit a job, you are not eligible for unemployment benefits. If you lose your job through no fault of your own, your eligibility will be determined by the rules of the state you move to. A period of residency may be required.can you collect unemployment if you quit your job to move out of state?what are the terms and conditions of collecting unemployment if you quit your job to move out of state?
You will be denied. You have to work somewhere for a full year to receive unemployment. And quitting a job does not allow you to collect either.
Yes California will pay you unemployment benefits if you quit your job to relocate with a spouse in order to preserve your marriage and keep in tact
you can only collect unemployment if you were fired not if you quit. They will call your employer to verify.
In most states, UI benefits are allowed if you quit for one of a list of reasons. Mere distress? No.
