The deleted files are from the MicroSD card, not the R4. You can use some Data Recovery programs, which might be able to recover whatever you deleted, but you are better off copying the files from your computer again (if you have a backup, or can redownload it)

No, they never did. They have something in Japan where people can mail the UMD copy of a game to them, for some money off that same game on the PSN.

Well you need PSN credit, and there are two ways to do this: 1. Go to a place where they sell PSN cards (GameStop), scratch off the bottom back of the card with a coin, go to PSN, on the top right of the PSN click redeem codes, input the code that the card you bought has and whatever you payed for the card you will have on PSN. 2. You can pay by credit card.
