No, you cannot; a warning can be deleted from the message board, but it is still there in theory.
It is planned to have the ability for Community Assistants to be able to remove them entirely in the future. A simple apology is usually all that is required; deleting the warning from the message board means it is no longer viewable to non-Supervisors.
