You need to ask the bank.
My name is Hannah Cheeks and I have remaning money left in my acct and I want to send me the remaining balance in my acct. Thank you
Levy by credit card company
yes you can, i am 14 years old also and have a debit card with bank of America. you just have to keep track that you don't waist your money and that you HAVE money in your acct.
if they are from the same bank you should be able to send to other acct wih online banking. if they are at a different bank than yours, its an email money transfer. other party must also have online banking in order to do this
Anglost Bank Standard Trust is website I was given to transfer money to United States acct. But they want $8,000 US dollars for COT. Is this fraud out of Nigeria, where person is located?
They probably took it because you owed someone money and were following a court ordered garnishment. You will get a letter soon explaining that.
using a credit card
No. A collection agency can not freeze your bank account. Only a judge could do that.
The problem is with the first bank which made the transfer without your signature. However, if you are married and you live in a community state, it probably won't be something you can do something about.
No, they can obtain a court order of garnishment and remove your money at a cost to you.
