In a 2001 Toyota Solara, the trunk light is typically located on the left side of the trunk compartment. It's mounted on the trunk's inner panel and illuminates when the trunk is opened. If the light is not functioning, it may be due to a blown bulb or a faulty switch. You can access the bulb by removing the light cover.
In trunk the felt below the speakers is removable by a couple of friction buttons. Take them out and then unscrew the speakers and disconnect the wires.
On a 2003 Toyota Solara, the trunk opener is typically located on the driver's side interior, near the bottom of the dashboard to the left of the steering wheel. There's a lever or button marked with a trunk icon that you can pull or press to open the trunk. Additionally, you can also open the trunk using the key fob if it’s equipped with that feature.

To open the trunk on a 2002 Toyota Solara, you can use the trunk release button located on the driver's side door panel or the key fob if it has a trunk release feature. If the vehicle is equipped with a keyless entry system, pressing the trunk release button on the fob will also open it.
To replace the brake lights on a Toyota Solara, first, open the trunk and locate the tail light assembly. Remove the screws or fasteners securing the tail light, then gently pull the assembly out. Disconnect the wiring harness and twist the bulb socket counterclockwise to remove the old bulb. Insert the new bulb, reassemble the tail light, and test the brake lights to ensure they work properly.
Open the trunk. On each side (at the rear) you'll see a flap that can be opened in the trunk liner. Open that flap and (with help from a flashlight) you'll see the light sockets. Twist the appropriate one to the left and pull it out. Replace the bulb with the identical number (listed in your owner's manual). Replace by reversing the procedure. Cheers

Access the speakers through the trunk. Under the rear deck you can see the magnet of the speakers. I think they just unscrew out from there.
