What do you mean?
No, you can't replace organic hearts with your so-called "real hearts". What make them so much realer anyways? You can replace organic hearts with artificial hearts or the other way aroung, but maybe not with the technology we currently have on our planet. I don't see what this has to do with Kingdom Hearts though.

Like, a heart-shaped moon in the sky where all the hearts go to? Probably not. Kingdom Hearts in general, like the game with it's Keyblades and all the characters? Again, probably not.
Destination therapies intended to supplement or permanently replace the body's heart are provided by chronic implantation of the mechanical circulatory support system. For example, total artificial hearts (TAH) replace the body's heart.
Destiny Island. that is not my answer your real answer is dive to the heart or awakening as most people call it

Well technically, Axel is real in the world of Kingdom Hearts. But not in real life on earth. Axel is the nobody of Lea, who is introduced in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. Axel is real, but isn't really considered real until he gets a heart. Lea is real, but im guessing it could be both yes and no to the answer of this question.
Because the valves are mechanical, it's not the same as a regular human heart. The regular human heart doesn't last as long as the mechanical heart because the real heart has a shorter lifespan. Eventually the heart gives out, but when it is a mechanical heart, it lasts longer than an real heart. I believe that is the reason why.......
humans hearts are in their chest but crayfishs hearts are in their but
