Gave an individual $400 for used car priced at $2400. Changed mind next day when discovered mileage discrepancy from before he purchased vehicle. Texted owner regarding discrepancy and that I would not be buying card. Please return my $400. He said no and that he would get a Carfax report showing clerical error.
