yeah you can return it saying it was given as a damaged one and ask for replacement of new one.
The car you bought was a new car but the car you are returning is a used car. It has lost quite allot of value in the 2 days you owned. Legally you cannot return the car but the selling dealer may agree considering you are buying a higher priced version of the same car. You are basically trading in your used 2 day old car on a new car. This will cost you dearly.
Yes but it would be worth less money than before because of the damage. If you are asking can you return it for a refund, the answer is NO if you bought it "As Is". If it has a warranty then the dealer will repair it. Talk to the selling dealer.
No it will not return about 2 months after.
He is returning in about 1 or 2 months

It usually will take up to 2-3 months, they will call you with several options to see if there is anyway to figure a way for you to stay in the car.
Car battery coupons usually last about 2 months. Once you find a coupon, I would buy a new batter.
I live in New York and bought a car with cash 2 months ago and am still waiting for my title. I've heard it should only take 1 month but could take up to 3 months.
