In the very early stages of pregnancy it is ok to ride them but i would suggest only lightly. Further along though you should not ride a pregnant horse for it may put you, your horse, and your horses unborn foal in danger.
Yes, you can until she becomes too pregnant. Now, too pregnant depends alot on the mare. Some people stop riding at 6 months pregnant. Some people ride until a week before birth. It depends on the mare. If the horse starts acting up when you go to ride her, she is probably getting sore from carrying both your weight and the foals. That is when you should stop riding. Make sure she gets plenty of excercise though. Ground work, lunging and turnout are good for pregnant mares. They still need their excercise.
You should not ride your foal until it is about three years old. However, you can get it used to having a saddle on it's back by the time it is 1.5-2 years old. You may hear from others that you can ride them sooner but this will mess up their back and they will be "sway-backed" at a young age.
Mares are frequently ridden when pregnant, when special care is taken. It's usually okay to ride her normally in the earlier months of her pregnancy, but she should be given light work only (like trail riding) later in her pregnancy. If in doubt, ask your veterinarian for advice.
depends how far along the horse is if you can see that the horse is preg. then no
