No its hard I have Flat feet and I cant even run I would always run inpain
It hurts too much to even walk in it.
Do you mean you are an overpronator? if you overpronate you generally have weak flexible arches resulting in a collapsing of the arch with added pressure aka: flat feet. Usually around 75% of runners i see, i work at a running store, have "flat feet", myself included. All it means is that you will get support or motion control shoes. Now, the shoes depend upon if you are a moderate or sever pronator and if you are running high mileage or have injuries. You can easily tell its a support shoe if it has a gray block on the cushioning of the arch. Some good shoes for people with flat feet running moderate mileage would be the brooks adrenaline, saucony omni, or the Asics 2140s ( i think there at?). All in all the motion control shoes will correct the follow through of your knees so that instead of your arch collapsing as much that gray cushioning which is harder cushioning will prevent it an your knee will roll easily, and correctly, directing over the top of your foot instead of the inside.
Other than that, you do the normal thing, you run :)
You will have run 13,833.6 feet.

There are 138 435 feet in a marathon
Athletes in a marathon run 26 miles. Athletes in a marathon run 26 miles.
no they run slower
The Boston Marathon. It was first run in 1897.
flat feet is a lot better than curved feet. flat are more shock resisant by which i mean is like running or jumping. people with flat feet that also are in healthy condition is a true fact that they run faster than curved feeted people.
Half a marathon = 69 217.5 feet (69 217 feet 6 inches)
A full marathon is the 26.2 miles that you run for example the London marathon is a full marathon
No. It should be either "You have run a marathon" or "You ran a marathon".
The race is run on Patriot's Day, which is the third Monday in April. The 2008 Boston Marathon will be run April 21.
You can't run a marathon backwards if you are running it for a reward. If you are just wanting to run it backwards so that you can, then that is fine, but you will not win.
