All of your personal info is saved on your SIM card, not your memory card.
You probably need to format the memory card using your cell phone. Before you put anything on a memory card that is used in a cell phone it has to be formatted so it can be used by the phone. Once it is formatted correctly you can put things onto the card using the folders that the formatting process has created.
Memory card facility is not available in Moto RAZR.
All you do is purchase a memory card reader and hook it to your PC. Then you take the memory card out of your cell phone and put it in to the memory card reader and hook it to your PC usb slot. It will show all the files from your phone on the memory card. You go to the photo or video etc and drag it in to the memory card, uninstall the memory card reader from your PC then put the card in your phone. There all done =]

Storing numbers is a different, but similar process for every phone, Go to your settings menu (or alternative) and select whatever alternative you have to Contacts settings, and select the default storage method to Phone Memory / SIM/ Memory Card.
FLASH MEMORY is used in cell phones.
One way would be to synchronize hte phones to a PIM on your PC, like outlook contacts. That's how I got my contacts from by Blackberry to my Treo 700w.
A 4GB SD memory card can be purchased in electronic stores and cell phone stores. Demand is so high for memory cards that they now can be purchased in toy stores and local drug stores.
If you are talking about moving your contacts from one phone to another, this can be done on a GSM phone simply by changing the sim card. There are also services who do this for you out there if you don't have GSM.
