Typically, the reports themselves would not be stored since every time the data changes a new report object might have to be stored. Instead, the queries and/or procedures used to create the report would be stored as objects and then invoked when a new report version is needed. In some DBMS, a form object might also be stored which determines the formatting of the report for the end user.
MS Access Database objects are: Tables, Queries, Forms, Reports, Modules, Macros etc..
bilal says MS ACCESS MAIN OBJECTS ARE TABLES HAVE OTHER OBEJECTS FIELDS , ETC QURIES FORMS REPORTS MODULE
A database contains forms and reports stored in tables
what can be achieved from the database using reports

The purpose for the reports is so that it will show you how many reports you have.
Tables are central to a database. A table stores the data. Everything else in the database, such as queries, forms and reports, use the data from the table. Without tables, a database is useless as it would have no data.Tables are central to a database. A table stores the data. The volume is where your reports are stored. You need to understand that a volume can also contain many "folders" which are tied to separate database schemas. Think of an encyclopedia volume as a reports database, and the folders as database schemas, and you begin to understand how Actuate is organizing your reports, metadata, and Actuate system data. -C The volume is where your reports are stored.
