Hey listen if you are on a pc, I've did this with my Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Profile, Listen: I used to play Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and so did my brother, so every time I played, after I finish playing I navigate over to the main game directory and look for subfolder called players which contains the game's saves and config files for the current profile. So then i copy all of its content and save them on some new folder on my desktop. And when my brother's turn comes he can delete the content of that "players" subfolder and paste his profile's backup to that folder, and so on... Wish you best luck
