Sorry, to say, I do not think you can recruit her, though Darkrai is certainly possible. Even if you could [not sure], you'd need special parts. I think Celebi is exclusive to either time or darkness.

You can evolve non-starters after graduating from the guild, to evolve starters you must first and foremost defeat darkrai, then go back to spacial rift to recruit palkia (through another battle, go prepared to face palkia again), and if you have the time go and recruit dialga as well. Then the option to evolve your starters should be unlocked. Also you can evolve starters in sky by having marine resort and then go to treasure town then u should see two ursarings telling u about luminous springs then go there and you will evolve Actually u do fight darkrai and palkiia in Pokemon mystery dungeon explorers of sky and after u recruit manaphy ( a fue days after u defeat darkrai chatot will tell u manaphy is back) The ursarings will say something about luminous spring then u can evolve ~NexusRiolu~ You need Manaphy, Marine Resort, Ursarings will say Luminous Springs feel different. Evolve.
