First of all, what most people call 'Big Ben" is in fact St. Stephen's clock tower This tower contains a clock and a chime. Big Ben is the largest of the bells that are used to play the "Westminster" chime; it sounds the hours. In fact you can't see Big Ben even from Westminster Bridge, never mind from space, because it is hidden inside the tower.
If the question is 'can you see St. Stephen's clock tower from space with the naked eye', then the answer is no.
If you use a good telescope, then it is definitely yes. The optics in spy satellites like the KH11 can see objects much smaller than 1 meter across. A spy satellite could very easily see Big Ben ( the bell !) if it were to be left on the lawn in Parliament Square.
No-one should feel bad about getting the name wrong - even Londoners, who ought to know better, make this mistake often.

Big Ben
Well to be honest no one can actually see big ben Because Big Ben is actually a bell that's why you hear the sound. Big Ben is called Big Ben because there used to be a man who was realy fat and very tall so massive used to work at the parlemetory house so they thought it was a good idea to name a bell after him his name was Benjaman Zaspheer.

No, but see the related question below.
Big Ben isn't normally open to the public so the only way that you can see it is from standing on the street outside. Because of that, it isn't possible to count numbers but it would be highly unlikely that anyone would come to London as a tourist and NOT see Big Ben.
