A bullet can be seen when held in a hand but not moving when shot out of a gun. Yes! I was shooting at an indoor range recently, and I actually saw the bullets coming out of a 9mm handgun. The lighting was just right, the bullets had shiny copper jackets, and I could see each shot fly to the target!
