A proxy server will make it harder for administrators to see where you are going however it will not particularly hide the data. Generally using a proxy to go to sites that you are not supposed to be at will be a violation of usage agreement and will likely result in your access being taken away.
If you mean your external address that one which other internet user can see out of your network. The answer is yes. If your question is whether your router can hide its real address: the answer is no. If you want to hide your real ip address you need to use one of those proxy servers. And it's rather matter of each computer in your network to have proxy settings set than the router itself.

I do not think that this is possible. Or if it is, it is not feasible because most proxy sites lag due to the large amount of traffic that they handle and P2P traffic like that would be horrible.
