To turn on IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) on your iPhone, go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options. Ensure that Enable LTE is selected, as IMS is often linked to LTE services. If your carrier supports IMS, it should automatically be enabled when you have cellular data turned on. If you have specific IMS features to enable, you may need to consult your carrier for detailed instructions.
First try resetting your iPhone by pressing both the menu button and the top button together for 30 seconds. When it asks you if you want to slide to turn it off, ignore this message and KEEP holding!! Eventually, the screen will go off and your iPhone will be re-setting. Wait for a couple of minutes and turn it on the usual way. If it still asks you for the pass-code, the only way to get back into the iPhone is to plug it into the original computer with the original iTunes and press 'restore'.
2 suggestions.. 1:GET A/S SERVICE TO FIX IT 2:THIS IS WHAT I DID..FIRST,RESTORE THE IPHONE,THEN WHEN IT IS DONE,YOUR IPHONE SHOULD TURN ON IN A NEW HOME SCREEN...GO TO SETTINGS,GENERAL,AUTO-LOCK,AND SET IT TO 'NEVER' .. THAT WAY,YOUR IPHONE WILL NEVER TURN OFF! LOL.. BUT THAT WILL RUN THE BATTERY OUT FAST..
It probably needs to be charged. First make sure your charger is pluged in and working. (you can test this by pluging another apple device into it to see if it will charge that. If it will not, get a new charger.) Next, plugin your iPhone, and wait a couple seconds for a picture of a battery to show on the screen. If it does, leave your iPhone plugged in forhalf and hour then come back and see if it will turn on. If it doesn't after a few tries, take it to get repared. Hope this helps. MM
