Although you could play Early Poptropica while you are there, it could create conflicts with Counterfeit Island. See the curator and return to Counterfeit Island again on the blimp.

Having checked, she is neither in the jail on Counterfeit Island nor in the County Prison on Super Power Island. There does not seem to be any other facility for her in Poptropica (unless they decide to use the dungeon on Astro Knights Island).

You don't. After you give him the balloon, he just floats away. He is seen again during the Scooter Chase, and on the televisions in the TV Store on Reality TV Island.

While you have little success in stopping the theft of The Scream, you eventually get the key to the Inspector's house and are taken to the Black Widow's lair. If you can escape her guards and beat her in the final battle, you will get the Island Medallion. (see releated questions)
