No. At this point, GameStop has made it its goal to not trade in any games over 3 years of age, including parts that came with. Since they don't trade what they don't sell, and since they've stopped carrying instruments, you'll have to find another store that can trade those in, or sell them online. At this point, those controllers are worth $2 or less.

No, but GAME do. They sell legitimate modded controllers, for sniping mainly but they have a selector switch where you can change it to rapid fire or whatever for pistols etc.
Most home electronic stores sell PC game controllers. The most common places to make this purchase would be a major electronics retailer such as Best Buy.
