No, you can't. Each player must find the ticket for themselves. Once you find the ticket in a Horn of Plenty, you don't have to find it again; it lasts forever, it doesn't expire. However, you can sometimes find Grand Prix bonuses inside Horns of Plenty that will improve your horses' performance in the race, make it easier for them to enter by using less time or energy, etc. There are 5 bonuses, and they can be viewed on the Grand Prix page.
