It depends on the local standards at the school. I would say in general men and boys who need to shave should. Maybe 1 day of stubble is OK. Women and girls have the choice to shave legs/armpits or not.

Anyways I'll add to it-Around ages 11-13 make sure you have your parents permission and have all the right stuff you need be very careful, and make sure you don't forget the responsibilities that come with shaving.
