Sorry, you are wrong. That's for Pokemon Red/Blue. I was just playing Pokemon Yellow now and I've beaten Erika, extremely close to Sabrina, too. I just got Fly and because I'm ridiculously stupid I forgot to go to Garys house and get a map from his sister. So once I had gotten Fly, I flew back to Pallet-went to the house and nope. No map. There is one on the wall, but I don't think stealing anything is possible in this game. Once I find out how, I will come back and tell.
