Take it to a professional machine shop. They can also check for cracks and mill the head flat. It shouldn't cost too much.

first of all sho ever did that was a retard andsecond you need to take the piston head out of the cylinder and clean the head and the cylinder then re oil it rite and put knew correct oil down the piston shaft

If by "internal" you mean inside the cab, the heater core would most likely be the culprit and needs to be replaced. If you mean within the engine, then you have a bigger problem as it could be a blown head gasket, or a cracked cylinder head in which case the cylinder head will have to be removed for repairs.
