That is probably a better question for your eye car professional but I'd say that it totally depends on your eyes. I can wear my contacts for 2 months straight and they are 30 day extended wear, Night and Day type. However, my friend has the same brand and if he sleeps in them his eyes get all messed up. Considering the Biofinity's have some of the highest level of breath ability, I'd say sleeping in them would be fine. But once again, it's totally dependent on your eyes.

If you are looking to buy a few to try out, I recommend 1800Contacts.com, the have a low price guarantee and they'll meet any other online price. Plus shipping is free! There is a link directly to them below in the "Related Links" section.

What is the best brand for color contacts?

I'm no expert, but there really is no best brand for contacts. If you still want to have healthy eyes the best way is to ask an eye doctor because they know about your eyes and will know what contacts will be good for you even if they're for fun and expensive. But otherwise, I don't know what the HEALTHIEST brand for your eyes are.

No. I can usually put mine in after sleeping a short time. I can't see how it would hurt.

Can you sleep in contacts?

Some contact lenses are approved to sleep in because they offer higher oxygen transmission but you can also sleep occasionally in any contact. Each contact has a rating for how much oxygen is allowed through. O2Optix has a rating of ~110 and Biomedics has a rating of ~20. You can sleep in Biomedics but they are not anywhere near the ~100 rating needed to be recommended for sleep. Your eyes dry while you sleep and causes the contacts to become slightly dry. Blink a few times when you wake up and then keep your eyes closed and move your eyes. This will lubricate them and make them act normal. Clean your contacts often and correctly and eye infections won't be a problem.
