Short answer : No. Methadone pills aren't soluble by combustion.
Although there are extraction methods to get rid of all the pharmaceutical fillers and junk, more work must be done to convert methadone tablets into a combustion soluble form. So yes it can be done, but not without extensive work and pharmeutical / chemistry knowledge. I personally don't know any extraction methods or conversion methods to turn pills into a smokeable form. Your best bet is eating those pills.
