I know this answer because I'm a smoker n had a rhinoplasty I've been searching when I can smoke after rhinoplasty most answers were after 2 weeks and other half was after 3-4 weeks honestly every doctor is gonna say quit or gonna say months because doctors can't say yeah go ahead smoke. After 2 weeks u should be fine but take it slow don't heavy smoke right away good luck and ima start smoking once the doctor cleans inside my nose.
