After 41 days, yes, you should be clean, unless you were smoking an absolutely obscene amount of marijuana every day. For people who smoke every day, it takes about 2 to 6 weeks (or a month on average) before you can give a clean urine sample.
If you are already clean, and then you smoke just once, it will be out of your urine in 3 to 4 days. See the Related Question below.
