I tried it and it worked. I used a mortal & ground it down to a fine powder then sniffed it up into my nose via straw. I know I have heard some meds. being taken through the nose to go straight into the bloodstream. I felt fine afterwards & it didn't seems to burn at all. I used 1000 mcg. I know B12 is hard to absorb via the stomach no matter what they say. Thats why Dr.s give it via injection.
