The Leap Year dragon was a limited time dragon available in February of 2012. There were several combinations, but the most effective was Panlong+Love. It had about a 20% success rate. Leap year dragons are no longer available, unless you breed two already existing leap year dragons together.

Hybrid dragons in Dragonvale are combinations of different elements, e.g. Plant and Earth = Moss. Moss is a hybrid dragon. There is no official dragon in Dragonvale called the Hybrid Dragon. Try breeding a Lightning Dragon with a Cold Dragon. You will get a Storm Dragon, and that is a hybrid.
