You cannot show the history, if the incognito is turned on. It is made for safe and secure browsing.
Go to Tools - Options. Click the Privacy tab. On the Privacy tab click Always Clear My Private Data When I Close Firefox. Then select the Settings button next to that. On that tab check Browsing History. Then everytime you close Firefox it will delete your browsing history.
If you mean internet browsing history, if you are using internet explorer, either use the keyboard and press CTRL and H, or use the keyboard and press ALT and C. This will bring up the favorites box where you can click the history tab to view your history.

You shouldn't need a special website. You can usually check browsing history on just about any browser unless it is deleted. Just check internet options/privacy, it should be there somewhere.
You may check your history depending on which of the following you use, If you use Fire fox and Internet explorer there are options to see history when you see options. If it is.chrome you use, then simply press Ctrl + H. The browsing history will open in a new tab.

I'd ask WHY you want to delete it, but that isn't my business ;) If you're using windows, and Mozilla Firefox, go to Tools>Clear Private Data, or alternativly, you could just press Ctrl+Shift+Del. When a pop-up comes up, check "Cookies". Then press ok. Your browsing history should be cleared.
You could the the cache folder, unless that was deleted aswell
