yes but you might ruin your pump. if you have a leak its cheaper to fix it.

The only way to drive safely without damaging your pump is if your pump and only the pump is driven by a separate belt off the crankshaft pulley, you may remove it or cut it off. You won't have the luxury of Power Steering assistance, but your pump will love you...trust me.
