I know this company and the former owners. The place tanked when it was sold to an investment group and big studio guys with bigger egos and not a clue came in to run the place ... in to the ground that is. I could go on and on about how they screwed things up at Goldhil but what would be the point...other than to spread the word and warn everyone about the two knuckleheads that destroyed what was once a very good thing. They are not paying their bills, nor have they paid their Producers...I know that for sure. They are on life support f they are still even hanging on. The company was taken over by another guy after the two knuckleheads abandoned ship. He has institutional / educational sales channel experience which is a better fit for what the company had done in the past ... but still not the right guy with respect to fixing what was broken and turning the place around. All I know is that they are not paying anyone and I hear nothing about them and they do not return calls. However, if you look deep enough, you will probably find somebody behind the organization hiding in a basement somewhere still trying to perform CPR on this organization. It is too late for this company. If they are not dead yet...it is only a matter of time before they will be. They are too far gone to save...especially in this economy. July 2010 - Additional comment by another unpaid producer: "Unfortunately, the above comments are true."

Yes ... the credit bureau only "sees" unpaid debt ... it does not determine who is owed or how the unpaid debt was incurred. You should be writing to the credit bureau's and explain the situation - they may drop the reported unpaid bill, but will not forgive the debt still owed ... that still needs to be paid back to the medical institution as soon as possible, as they are a business and rely upon money (income) to pay their bills and staff.
Very likely, yes. In general, spouses have a duty to support one another, which gives the hospital the right to pursue you for unpaid bills.
As long as the phone is still in use, there is no limitation. If the phone is no longer being used, it could be 3 or 6 years depending on the type of contract.
yes, but not if the records are requested for purposes that could delay treatment of a patient, or could cause problems in "the standard of care" Remember, medical bills are still your responsibility. They will effect your credit.
You need to check the law on this - find out what the statute of limitations are on unpaid (phone) bills.
Only the card expires, not the line of credit it is attached to. So interest will still accrue on the unpaid debt.
Older dollar bills are indeed still in circulation. US bills aren't removed from circulation until they wear out.
Outstanding bills are bills from before the current one which have still not been paid.
No, Marshawn Lynch is no longer playing for the Buffalo Bills. He last played for the Bills in 2010.
One word that has come to mean "unpaid workers" is "furloughed". It means that the employee is still recognized as a worker but is not being paid at that time.
