I'm going to level with you here. If you've met the conditions for reinstatement of your license, and are still somehow eligible to possess a drivers license, yes, you can get a CDL. But there is one saving grace in all of this - NOBODY will EVER hire you as a driver with a record like that. They do not want you operating their trucks. Quite frankly, neither do I. I would recommend that you abandon this notion, rather than waste your time and money on a CDL.
