Yes, after completing the whole game, or at any time during the game, you can go back and start again from the beginning, or replay any chapter that has been completed. Personally, I replayed the game a second time trying not to kill quite so many folk, sneak up behind them and 'left shift' to render them unconscious, makes the game just that little bit harder.
You can redo any mission you have previously completed, as soon as you've finished that mission. So when you finish mission 1, you can replay it whenever.
