Weed, although I've read in certain cases, people claim they cannot feel the effects of weed after taking suboxone. This has never been the case for me, but everyone reacts differently. In my experience, that's about it without risking serious health complications.

∙ 9y agoSuboxone is used primarily in the addiction medicine to substitute the bodies craving/need for opiates. It also is designed to "block" the direct effects of other opiates. Patients who are on suboxone have reported that while they can use opiates, they do not feel the same "high" that they felt before they began taking suboxone.
