If you were taking Birth Control pills and stop it may take a few menstrual cycles for your period to become regular again. If you have sex during those few months and do not wish to become pregnant employ a condom. Women have been known to be especially susceptible to multiple pregnancy (twins or triplets) after they have stopped taking the pill.

Yes, when you stop taking hormonal birth control it will impact on menstruation.

Hormonal birth control suppresses your menstrual cycles so that you don't ovulate, and thus you also don't menstruate (the bleeding you get on the pill is a withdrawal bleed, not menstruation). Coming off the pill your body has to regulate hormones and your menstrual cycles, thus your periods will be irregular for some time until your body gets back on track.

Yes you can. All states allow abortion in the second trimester and how far depends on where you live.

You can stop at any time. If you just want to stop because you have been on them 3 years you don't have to. You can be on the pill for years if you wish.

Will you gain more weight if you are taking birth control pills but don't take the green ones so your period will stop?

Some women do gain weight while on contraceptive pills, and some do not. Skipping your period, or not taking the in-active green sugar pills, will not make you gain weight, it will just skip your period.

If skipping the sugar pills to skip a period should you take all of the active pills in the second packet of contraceptive pills or is it ok to stop taking them as soon as you want your period again?

You can use them either way as long as you never go more than seven days without taking an active pill.

Will your period come after three days of stop taking perl contraceptive?

Hormonal birth control suppresses the menstrual cycles to stop ovulation, thus it will take time for your body to ovulate once you stop taking the birth control. You may get a withdrawal bleed three days after you stop taking a hormonal birth control pill, this is bleeding that mimics menstruation while on the combination pill, caused by the drop in synthetic hormones when you stop taking the active pills.

What can you use to stop an ongoing period?

I don't think you can stop your cycle. Its a natural thing. However there are ways you can lighten your period, I know that contraceptive (birth control) pills can delay your period for about a month (if its the "morning after pill") or if you're taking regular contraceptive pills then your period won't be as heavy or as long as the normal cycle. You should get a Doctor's opinion and also a prescrption from him/her if you want contraceptive pills as they are not sold over the counter except for "the morning after pill". If you go to the chemist or drug store you can get ONE morning after pill over the counter - Its usually not a problem although some chemists or drug stores ask you to fill in a form with your information and a reason why you want the pill so be prepared if you're going to opt for that. They probably won't sell it to you if you tell them you want to delay or lighten your period, so just say that your reason is you just want to be safe. Same as with your doctor if you want him to fill out a prescrption for contraceptive pills, don't tell him you want to lighten your period, just say you need contraceptive pills. This is just one way, I'm sure there are other ways to lighten your period but I doubt you can make it stop. All women go through it, its just a few days to a week of discomfort and ocassional pain, I guess you'll get used to it.
