Buffering means something is loading while you are watching, hearing or playing. Lets say you are watching a youtube video, you will see that the video will buff while you are watching it. Buffering can not improve performance because there is nothing to buff in a computer. You can increase buffing performance on youtube etc by either getting a better internet connection, plug in ethernet not wireless or buy some special software (people say it works but I havent used myself).
Someone may watch the Scary Maze Prank on YouTube to see people's reactions while watching the video. The actual video can be found on various prankster websites throughout the web.
Movies may stop on YouTube because the video may not have finished loading. Make sure you let the video buffer before playing the video if your internet connecton is slow, or if the video file size is big. You may want to also make sure that your internet connection is stable and is not broken in any way.
The faster the internet speed, the faster the video will download. Fast broadband connections may be able to stream video almost instaneously. Slow dial-up connections may take a while to download and buffer before being able to watch the video.
Click "Burn" while watching that video.
yes
unfortunatly there isn't a way to do this
