You can only become a gynecologist after doing a 5-year residency training in Obstetric/Gynecology. Training programs are always associated with a hospital. This residency training can only be started after you have successfully completed 4 years of medical school, which does not really train you in any specialty. To be in medical school, you'd need a bachelor degree from any undergraduate colleges/universities.
