ok, "yer", is NOT a word, people... kudos to the previous answerer for doing that one... not. simply answering yes you can makes no explanation OR resolution as to why you can.
anyhow... Yes you can, but the 9 volt battery wont have as much current because what you may not know is that every 9v battery is encased with 6x1.5v AAA cells, but only slightly skinnier. when i say slightly i really mean not more than 2mm diameter difference.
so dont be surprised if those cells get used up sooner.
