my step dad alterd my birth certificate when iwas an infant,now i cannot get the state of Illinois to issue me a copy beacuse i dont have any identifaction with that name. for 30 years i have not existed no id license no identey short of going to jail iv done what they asked still nothing.fed up with the goverment.
