Swimming should be okay with a yeast infection. However, lounging in a wet bathing suit is a bad idea. Keeping the vaginal area clean and dry will kelp keep fungus (what causes the infection) away. To help prevent yeast infections always change out of a wet bathing suit or sweaty gym clothes quickly.
