Never caused me any problems. But becareful Ambien can cause rebound insomnia if you become addicted to it. Try going natural! 5mg of Melatonin 30 mins before bedtime. You can even add 2 or 3 capsules of Valerian Root. Research everything first.

This goes without saying, but ANY time someone wants to take a pill with a regular prescription they should at least ask the pharmacist instiead of hoping for the best.
