There is no direct interaction listed between Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and LorTab (Hydrocodone and acetaminophen). Note however that many OTC meds containing diphenhydramine also contain acetaminophen, so your acetaminophen dose much be adjusted accordingly if you take these meds.

∙ 10y agoBoth are classified as different types of drugs. Ambien is a non-benzodiazepine sleep aid, though, in some ways it acts like a benzodiazepine. Lortab (Vicodin, Norco, hydrocodone) is an opiate painkiller.
It's typically possible to take both of them together, as long as the dosage on each is low enough. However, I highly recommend that you do not take higher doses, because of the risk of synergistic effects.

∙ 13y agoI have, but I wouldn't recommend it. Lorcets are highly addictive and should be taken as directed/prescribed under a physicans supervision. Benadryl is typically benign with several uses(Allergies, sleep aids,etc.). Together I experienced extreme drowsiness and lethargy, inability to concentrate,etc.
